Dog Walking for the Happiness & Health of Your Dog

Susan Caya was born and raised in small town in Connecticut and migrated with her family to sunny Florida in the early nineties. Shortly thereafter, Sue started a telecommunications company in the tiny dining room of her mom's house and was often seen by passers-by hosing off used telephone plastics and preparing them for shipment in the front yard before bolting off to the nearest UPS depot to meet the end of day deadline. It did not take long to move out of mom's house and into a small office, which eventually turned into a full fledged, 20,000 square foot facility complete with a repair and refurbishing center and national contract with AT&T.

During her fifteen years as president of Newport Communications Group, Sue served most of those years on the board of directors for the National Association of Telecommunications Dealers, (NATD), was a founding member of the Tampa Bay chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), and also served on her homeowner's association board as well.

Sue has a degree in Animal Science and while working on her internship at a horse farm, she continually struggled to find someone that would actually "WALK" her dog while she was away. Frustrated with folks coming over and taking her dog, Bear, out the front door for one minute rather than REALLY walking and spending time with him, she started to think...hmmmm, there must be a better way and surely there must be many others in her same situation. Hence, Canine Cardio Company, a company actually dedicated to dog walking! Combining her fifteen years of business experience, love of animals, fitness, the outdoors and her degree in animal science which entailed breeds and behavior classes, training, anatomy and physiology to name a few this is sure to be a win, win, win situation...a win for the dog, the dog owner and Sue as well!
